You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
We will provide a Pre-Paid UPS return label to you once your request has been approved. If you choose to use the provided label, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We will accept returns or exchanges on the item provided:
- The item is in the original condition that your received it, with all their labels and accessories attached.
- Has not been washed, worn, or altered
- Is returned according to the time period limitations
You may choose to use your preferred shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items returned via another shipping service outside our own provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be made into a different size or color only and are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, return it and place a new order.
