SHIPPING

Domestic Orders

We offer complimentary ground shipping for all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. After your order confirmation, please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

International Orders

We use DHL to ship international orders which delivers within 3-5 business days from the shipping date. All orders are charged in USD and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient bears the responsibility for any additional taxes, customs and import duties for clearance.

Returns & Exchanges 

All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Domestic Orders

We will provide a Pre-Paid return label to you once your request has been approved. If you choose to use the provided label, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 


Exchanges may be made into a different size or color and are based on stock availability.  If you wish to exchange it for a different item, return it and place a new order.


All returns and exchanges must be received by us within 14 days of the return authorization email.

To ensure that we can process your request as quickly as possible, please follow these steps when returning your package.

 

  1. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.
  2. Download and print the shipping label.  Affix the label securely to the package.
  3. Drop it off at your nearest UPS location.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Please allow 2-4 business days once the item is received to process the refund or exchange.

 

You may choose to use your preferred shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items returned via another shipping service outside our own provided.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

International Orders

For international orders, please email us at shop@soyerinc.com for a return label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund and we are not responsible for refunding any import duties or taxes that were paid to DHL.

Return Policy

We will accept returns on merchandise provided that:

 

  • The merchandise is in the original condition that you received it, with all their labels and accessories attached.
  • Has not been washed, worn, or altered.
  • Is returned according to the time period limitations.

 

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not fulfill the conditions above. If you return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. 
Purchases paid for by gift card will be refunded to the gift card.
Purchases using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other method of original payment.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for returns. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for these items.
